Dear sports friends,
Czech Blind Sportsmen Association - CBSA - invites you to 3rd International Showdown Tournament
SHOW – PRAGUE 2011
Date:
This tournament will be held on 14th – 17th July 2011
Place:
Faculty of Physical Education and Sports ( FTVS) José Martího 31/269, Prague 6 - Veleslavin. (north – west part of Prague, with good connection to the city center )
Game rooms and facilities:
Tournament will be played in game rooms on FTVS dormitory, on the same floor will be prepared at palyer´s disposal rooms in which will they wait for their matches
Categories:
The tournament will be played in the men and women categories separately. Category winners will play the final match for the absolute winner of the tournament.
Participants:
Each country can submit a maximum number of 5 players, 3 men and 2 women). In the case, if some country will not use the whole number, the free places will be offered to other countries
Accomodation:
- there are two possibilities:
1) In dormitory of faculty (in the same building as game rooms). There are 3 or 4-persons rooms , with the common lavatory on the corridor In very limited amount is possible to stay in double room on dormitory with own lavatory.
2) In Hotel Krystal – 8 minutes by foot from FTVS, doublerooms with own lavatory, with breakfest
Meals:
in faculty´s Student´s hall - in the same building as game room
the first meal: dinner on Thursday 14th July,
the last meal: lunch on Sunday 17th July
The participation fee:
for the player and team staff (coaches,guides, etc.) is:
1) With accomadation in dormitory 3 – 4 persons rooms: 3 100, - Czk.
With accomadation in dormitory 2 persons rooms: 3 600,- Czk ( very strong limited amount of this places )
2) With accomadation in Hotel Krystal: double room with breakfest. 4 000,- Czk
Participation fee includes:
*meals form dinner on Thursday to lunch on Sunday
*accomadation from Thursday till Sunday – 3 nights
The participation fee will be paid cash after arrival.
Referees: The organizer welcome the participation of at least one referee from each country.
Organizer will pay costs for referees - accomdation in dormitory, meals, inclusive travel costs.

14.07. 2010 Thursday
Afternoon - arrival of participants, accommodation.
18.00 – dinner
19:30 – Opening ceremony in Congres hall
20.00 – training available
20.30 - chief´s and referee´s meeting
15.07. 2010 Friday
07.15 – breakfast
08.15 – competition
12.30 – lunch
14.00 - competition
18.00 – dinner
19.15 – competition (finish till 21:00).
16.07. 2010 Saturday
07.15 – breakfast
08.15 – competition
12.30 - lunch
14.00 – competition
18.00 - dinner
19.30 – competition (finish till 21:00 if needed).
17.07. 2010 Sunday
07.15 – breakfast
08.15 – games for 3rd – 4th place women category, followed by game of men.
09.15 - the final game women, followed by the final of men.
This game will be followed by 30 min. break. Next will be conducted game for absolute winner between women and men category winners.
Follows closing ceremony in the congress hall.
12.30 - lunch and departures of participants.
